Overview

Leadership coaching is a catalyst to creating self-awareness as a precursor to driving transformational change. It is one of the most effective tools to transform your leadership presence, at individual or team level.


We understand the importance of bring energy to our coaching work and enabling our clients to explore their challenges and gain clarity in a safe and trusted space. Our coaches are fully qualified, accredited and experienced in person-centred and relational coach practice. We enable our clients to focus on future goals, enabling success, positive change and transformation.



Caroline is one of a small number of coach professionals in Ireland to hold both PCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Snr Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

DCU


Context 

The International Office (IO) is tasked with delivering a transformative student experience at DCU (Leadership Team Coaching Intervention). A key enabler for this was to engage the full team in the vision and strategy and use this as a basis to develop collective goals and commitment for the IO team.

 

Intervention 

  • Structuring and facilitation of full team and team leader planning days
  • One to one coaching on Emotional Intelligence for the full team
  • Group coaching on collective behaviors – strengths and areas to develop
  • Ongoing coaching to senior leader 

 

Outcomes

  • Clearer definition of the role of the Director in leading the transformation/change required
  • Engagement of the full team in defining activities required to deliver the three-year plan
