Context 

3C Consulting were engaged by this client who holds a very important public facing role and had recently formed as part of a merger. The organisation were moving into a new strategic phase and had identified their key strategic priorities for the next three years. The brief for 3C Consulting was to work in partnership with key stakeholders to design the people strategy for the next strategic phase.

 

Intervention 

  • External Trends Mapping – including global trends and trends within Ireland
  • Internal data analysis including SWOT, strategic priorities and input from key stakeholders
  • Design and conduct 1:1 interviews with key senior stakeholders
  • Design and facilitate group inclusion workshops with staff 

 

Outcomes

  • Roadmap for a future people strategy was delivered and agreed with stakeholders within the timelines of the project
  • Emergence of key strategic imperatives together with targeted people activities to be delivered over the term of the strategy 
  • High level stakeholder feedback and engagement throughout the design phase of the strategy
  • Development of HR Vision and strategic pillars to provide direction and build connectivity across the organisation
