Context 

The overall scope of this project was to consider the delivery effectiveness of one section of the organisation by reviewing its structure, resourcing and governance, resulting in a proposed optimal delivery model for the provision of services. 3C Consulting were engaged by this public sector client to support a Structure, Capacity and Capability review. This review required an analysis of existing structures and resources with detail metrics relating to current workloads and outputs and an analysis of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and challenges. The required output was a proposed future structure detailing roles and accountabilities supported with proposals for change and/or improvement to meet future needs.
